Payment Policy:
-
When you pay for your child’s classes, you are paying for your child’s place in the class and not his or her attendance.
-
All Fees are non-refundable.
-
Fees must be paid in full and in advance of each term or camp.
-
You may split the payment over two or three weeks; however, you are responsible for keeping track of your own balance, and the final payment must be made at least three weeks before the term begins. If balances are not managed properly, this flexible payment option may no longer be available for your gymnast.
-
Aerials Gymnastics Club operates a strict “no fee, no training” policy. If fees are not paid in full before the start of the next term, your child’s place will be offered to someone on the waiting list. This policy is non-negotiable.
-
If you are experiencing difficulties paying on time, please let us know - we are happy to discuss some options.
How to Submit Payments:
Term fees will only be accepted in an envelope. Each envelope should be clearly labelled with:
-
Your gymnast’s full name
-
The date of payment
-
What the payment is for
Please use separate envelopes for different payments where possible (e.g., do not combine term fees and leotard payments).
We kindly ask that you include the exact amount. If this is not possible, please ask your coach for change the following week. You must request your change - we will not follow up to return it.

Discounts on term fees are available for three children or more. Discount does not apply to the registration fee.
An annual registration fee (Sept-Sept) needs to be paid with your first term fee or when joining the club.
Registration fees for September 2025/2026 are as follows:
-
(majority of members will be recreational, if you are unsure, please use this option, if we feel your gymnast is at the advanced level, we will let you know) Recreational gymnast - €70
-
Advanced Gymnast - €85 (performing more difficult/advanced skills or competing at competitive events in Dublin)
The registration fee covers your gymnasts:
-

-
insurance costs for the gymnastics year
ALL DEPOSITS AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
If we have to cancel a class and we are unable to reschedule, we will provide a gymnastics workout online led by one of our coaches for your gymnast to follow at home, for example, a National or Local Lockdown scenario will result in classes being made available online.
If you would like to request a receipt, please include a note with your payment. Receipts can be requested for the current term only.
