What you learn
Junior Leaders will be given the opportunity to shadow a Level 2 coach.
This will provide them with the opportunity to develop a number of different skills:

Assertiveness

Organisation

Intuition

This program allows gymnasts the opportunity to gain valuable experience which will be essential in the working world.
It also gives gymnasts an alternative option to stay involved in the sport.
